Randy Barnett is clear-seeing, hard-thinking, former prosecutor and current Conlawprof who brought the medical marijuana case decided last week to the Supreme Court. He's widely praised for the good and thoughtful job he did in shaping up the issues.
A review of the Court's opinion is a review of basic issues in Con-Law, such as state vs. federal power (federalism), and Commerce Clause theory.
If I were studying to take the bar in the near future, I'd go to Findlaw and download Raich for future reference, which I did, in fact, so I could reread it at leisure, even tho' that particular exam is long behind me, thankfully.
